I'm kinda between jobs now and wondering what I should do next. After getting fired from being a full time student, people keep calling it "graduating" but I know better. I'm currently doing small work for my mom ,out on a farm not to far from where I live, feeding horses for $25 a week. It's not much but it's better than working drive through at McDonald's with everyone from my class. I was thinking about how even a small pizza joint down the block from me turned my application down because I had pink hair. I figured even a small business would figure out the greatness of the whole individuality thing. Even my own parents family business, wouldn't hire me. I'm now looking for a way out of this conservative town to more liberal pastures.
As far as the whole job thing goes I still need to find the college education bit for it all. I'm still stuck at step one of "what do you want to do when you grow up?" I'm thinking of a ton of odd things that kinda don't even mesh into a single catagory. Behind door number one is Artist. Door number two is English Teacher. and Door number three is, well, sex therapist. I'm only 18 and I still live at home but honestly door number three seems like a pretty good choice, but I kinda wonder what family would think if I told them that was what I was going to study for? at my up coming open house I'm just going to tell everyone different things. Just to kinda keep people on their toes and give a good topic of conversation.
Anyways, I do believe this was a wonderful first post for me. What do you think?
